How does it work?
Our team of coaches analyzes the data generated by our app. This data includes the client’s runs, step and heart rate, and other information. These statistics are then sent to our team, which analyses them and provides individualized feedback, allowing the client to be guided through his or her performance. The data collected is then uploaded on our mobile app.
Our professional coaches, specialists in running, will also provide them with a personalized training plan. This will include exercises that they can practice at home and at the gym, and a nutrition plan that ensures they achieve their goals.
Our nutrition plan includes three elements:
